A short note on what we collect from this website and why.
MLS Minerals is a division of MLS Logistics. This policy covers the company profile website at minerals.mlslogistics.in.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect name, company, email, phone, country, mineral of interest, quantity notes, and your message. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested).
Why we use it
Enquiry data is used only to respond to your request, prepare a supply or logistics outline, and keep a record of correspondence. We do not sell personal data.
Sharing
Messages are received at minerals@mlslogistics.in and may be seen by MLS Minerals and MLS Logistics staff who handle the file. Independent inspectors or carriers are given only what is required to move cargo you have contracted.
Retention
We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to complete the discussion and meet ordinary business and legal record-keeping. You may ask us to update or delete personal details that are not required for an active contract.
